2. Rafael Moreno, Vision Zero Program Analyst – Vision Zero Dashboard, including 2026 pedestrian deaths and major injuries

3. DC Department of Motor Vehicles speaker – DMV STEER Act implementation work, including Ignition Interlock Program and Intelligent Speed Assistance Program (invited)

5. New Business

  • PAC Ward 2 member Matt Johnson, conversation on signal timing impact on pedestrian experience & safety
  • PAC Ward 1 member J Swiderski, how to access/use/manipulate the Vision Zero dashboard (to be confirmed)

  • Transportation and the Environment FY 2027 DDOT budget oversight hearing (public witnesses tentatively scheduled for April 8/9 and DDOT approximately two weeks later; similar timeframe for DMV)
