The Pedestrian Advisory Council is Hiring

The D.C. Pedestrian Advisory Council is seeking to hire a new Program/Administrative Assistant to help support our work advising the mayor, D.C. Council and D.C. government agencies on how to improve D.C.'s pedestrian environment.

This is a part-time position that pays a $25 hourly rate, and we expect it will require an average of about 6 hours of work per week.  For more information, please click here

The work of the Program/Administrative Assistant is integral to PAC advisory activities, especially in light of the rise in speeding and traffic deaths and serious injuries in 2020 and 2021.

Please send a resume and cover letter to: Jim Elliott and Heather Foote, Co-Chairs, with the subject line “PAC Administrative Assistant Application” to DCPedCouncil[at]gmail.com. Applications will be considered on a rolling basis until the position is filled.
